About Living Tree Learning Center
Living Tree Learning Center was created with purpose, vision, and a deep commitment to restoring what is often missing in today’s early childhood education settings structure, genuine care, strong foundations, faith, and intentional development. While the closing of FKCP III Preschool helped spark the beginning of Living Tree, this school represents something far greater than a response to loss. It is the continuation of years of experience, proven leadership, and a passion for nurturing children in every area of life.
The name “Living Tree” reflects our belief that children thrive when they are planted in the right environment. Just as a healthy tree grows strong roots before it bears fruit, we believe children need stability, guidance, consistency, love, and purpose during their earliest years of development. We cultivate an environment where children are academically prepared, socially confident, emotionally supported, spiritually grounded, and encouraged to grow into who God created them to be.
At Living Tree Learning Center, we combine structured learning, faith-based values, strong teacher-family partnerships, and intentional child development to create more than just a preschool experience—we create a foundation for life. We are committed to providing families with a trusted, nurturing, and excellence-driven environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive with confidence.

Through structured, curriculum-focused learning and a community-centered environment, we grow children into confident students prepared for the next stage of their educational journey. OUR VISION
At Living Tree Learning Center, our vision is to cultivate a strong foundation for young learners by nurturing their academic abilities, character, and spiritual awareness during the most formative years of their development. We strive to create a learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow intellectually, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Our goal is to prepare children not only for success in elementary school, but also to develop confidence, independence, curiosity, and a love for learning that will guide them throughout their lives.
FOUNDATION OF FAITH
Living Tree Learning Center operates as a ministry under Angelic Christian Fellowship (Pastor Akilah Bailey) and is proudly located on the grounds of Greater Emanuel Temple in partnership with Pastor Nisan. Rooted in our faith in Jesus Christ, we believe education should nurture the whole child—academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
As a faith-based preschool, we are committed to creating a loving environment where children are introduced to Christian values such as kindness, integrity, respect, gratitude, and compassion. Through prayer, positive character development, and biblical principles, we strive to help children grow not only in learning, but in purpose and identity.
While our school is grounded in Christian beliefs and ministry, Living Tree Learning Center welcomes all families who desire a safe, structured, nurturing, and values-centered educational environment for their child.
